Hello, I hope everyone is doing well.
PC Setup: Aorus Elite B550m motherboard / Ryzen 5 5600X / 2x16 Corsair RAM at 3200hz / 750w Corsair 80 plus Gold power supply / MSI RTX 4060 8GB.
Reason: Since purchasing the graphics card, I have been experiencing issues with games. They are closing on their own and, in some cases, showing an error message.
Affected games: Dungeonborne, Battlefield 2042, Battlefield 4, The Witcher 3, Horizon Zero Dawn, Hogwarts Legacy, among others. I haven’t tested every possible game, but I played several and noticed issues with a large sample of games. The ones mentioned above are closing by themselves. In the case of Horizon Zero Dawn, there is an attached error message, and in the case of the two Battlefield games, I get a DirectX error message asking to update the video card driver or downgrade to a previous version.
Attempted solutions: I have already updated all hardware drivers on my computer. I downgraded the video card drivers, tested it on both Windows 10 and 11 with the latest update, tried GPU overclocking and underclocking, contacted Nvidia via chat, and was asked to change some settings in the Nvidia control panel, which reduced the game crashes but caused malfunction in other programs I use on my PC. So, the issue wasn't resolved, and new problems appeared. I swapped my video card for an RX 580 8GB and an RTX 2070 Super, and both ran all the mentioned games perfectly.
Please, do not ask me to update drivers, make changes in the control panel, or carry out unreasonable configurations that deviate from what a standard consumer should expect when purchasing a properly functioning RTX 4060. There is something wrong with this graphics card, and I would like to activate the warranty so I can properly use the money I spent on games that are malfunctioning with this card.
The serial number of my graphics card is attached or listed below:
GeForce RTX 4060 VENTUS 2x BLACK 8G OC
S/N1:602-V516-09SB2306007577 CHK:E0A
Model: 602-V516-09S
Please, how can I contact support to repair or replace this graphics card?
