Geforce4 Ti4200 128MB (8870) TV out NOT WORKING HELP~

OK so i just got my msi ti4200 128MB card...all excited cuz it has tv out and the whole deal.. installed the card works just fine.. but the tv out is not working. It came with the y connecter that has the Svideo and rca output. I hooked up the RCA output to my TV's video in and booted up the computer... in the manual it says u can go to the nview menu and click on clone or something but that is all greyed out for me.. the primary device is in analog mode with no other options.. when i try to detect the device being the tv it finds nothing..what do u guys think.. what drivers are u guys using?>

Well try 28.32 driver,but I dont think it has any thing to do with your problem.Check your connections again.Or bootup and then connect vga and TV.
