gf4 mx 460 tv-out problem

Help me please!! ?(

I've just upgraded my video card to a MSI Geforce4 MX 460 and spent my weekend trying to put its tv-out feature to work and failed (tv-out worked fine in my former Geforce 4 MX 440 from XFX using nvidia latest driver). I downloaded the latest version from MSI, but nothing happened, even following the manual step by step (it worked though with TV-Tool 6.5, a shareware available in the Internet).
Please, tell me how to put the card to work using its own properties and only the software provided by MSI for Tv-out. In my country (Brazil), the color system used is PAL-M, but my TV set is a Sony trinitron (model KV-29T80) that supports PAL-M, PAL-N and NTSC. I'm using S-video to connect the TV.
I heard somebody saying an older driver worked for the model MX 440. Will it work for the 460 too?

I don't have an MSI video card, but have you tried nView (from Display panel, Advanced), with the TV connected and switched to AV mode, clone mode from nView, second display selected and from properties PAL-M?

As for the nview, I guess there's nothing I haven't done. Regarding the drivers mentioned, could you point to where are they? I've searched MSI and nvidia sites and haven't found them. Do they work in win2k?
