I recently posted about graphics issues I've been experiencing with the Katana model in the subject title. Now I'm getting keyboard trouble. Random letters not appearing when the key is pressed, sometimes using Ctrl V doesn't work (I literally had to switch to uppercase just to get that v to post.) The letter 't' is particularly troublesome and requires several presses before I can get it to paint to the screen. Are there any resources I can follow to disassemble the laptop so I can remove the keyboard and clean it?

Update: I did an EC reset yesterday and flashed the BIOS to the latest version. So far I haven't seen any of the issues that I reported in the opening post. Hopefully the issue is resolved.

Did you try to test the key in BIOS mode?
It will help you to confirm if the problem is related software or hardware.
If it is the hardware issue, you might need to replace the keyboard component or the related component to solve the issue.
