GH 60 Headset with Dragon Bundle /connection issues

I purchased my MSI GL638RC through QVC and they had a promotion to get a dragon bundle with purchase. Mine came with a headset that looks like the GH 60. It has two connecters and I have tried them in both slots and I still do not get any connection with the headset. Any help would be appreciated.

CONNECT YELLOW CONNETOR TO HEAD PHONE JACK AND RED CONNECTOR TO MICK PORT.
