GH50 GAMING HEADSET - How to fix this part?

Hi, I purchased this headset approximately a year ago. Unfortunately, a small part recently broke off, making the headset unusable.
I've tried to reattach it several times, but it keeps coming loose. The headset part appears otherwise undamaged, so I'm hoping for a simple repair.
