GH50 Headset LEDs not working (possibly general Mystic Light issue)

I've got a Leopard GL65, Clutch GM50 mouse, and GH50 gaming headset. The LEDs work on the keyboard and mouse, although they don't seem to keep the theme that I have them set to (e.g., Disco) - in fact, they seem to change randomly whenever they want. The headset lights don't seem to work at all. I think they lit the very first time I plugged them in, but not since then. In the Dragon Center, the mouse and headset are listed in Gaming Gear. When I switch to Mystic Light, however, it SHOWS the "msi CLUTCH GM50" but everything is greyed out except Ambient Link. I can't control anything through the Dragon Center, and I can't get the headset lights to come on at all. Can anyone assist me? I have the latest version of Dragon Center (2.0.75.0), and all the latest drivers via Live Update.

Have you tried the latest version of Dragon Center v2.0.82.0?

Thanks for your suggestion - I appreciate the response! I did have the latest version at that point. I don't know what happened originally, but what I ended up doing was uninstalling ALL MSI-related software (Dragon, MSI App Player, SteelSeries Engine 3, etc.) and then reinstalling them from scratch. That appeared to fix the issue.
