Hello
My GH50 headset suddenly stopped working (literally out of the blue)
I left it connected via the charging cable connected to my pc, went take a nap, came back like 3 hours later, booted my pc (it went to hibernate) and found out the headset isnt working. The power bottun does not respond, the led doesnt even blink, nothing.
I tried plugging the wireless usb dangle to 3 different ports, and every time, windows sees the headset for like a couple seconds, then they dissapread srom the sound setup panel.
Tried installing MSI Center again, tried rebooting my pc, but nothing works. Like someone or something just damaged the headset while i was asleep o-O which is kind of a stretch considering they were on top of my desk.
Have set am official ticket aswell, but figured ill try the forum aswell.
Attached the pics of the windows seeing the headset, then a few seconds later not seeing them..any ideas what might be causing this?
Maybe it will be worth noting i had similar problem with headsets from different manufacturer, but they lasted significantly longer. Any idea would be helpfull on how to solve that mystery, unless im just that unlucky an got 2 products from 2 different manufacturers that were defective somehow.
