hello my gm11 clutch mouse stopped working randomly , the sensor is'nt lit and the rgb is not working and the buttons sometime work i tried the reste method but nothing worked this is the second mouse i buy and i got the same problem , any solutions ?

I have mine failed for the third time. the average lifespan took about 4-7 months. This time the mouse cursor does not moving anymore
