all the button bindings have changed
mouse 2 now mouse2+dpi button
mouse 1 is now scroll button + mouse1 button

for mouse1 to work normally i gotta unbind middle button etc...
its unusable.
uninstalling all the software didnt fix it.

setting everything to default didnt change anything.

also, when setting bindings there are two buttons, [default] and [111]

What version of Dragon Center? The latest one v2.0.92.0?

How did you bind them?

Also, have you tried to update the firmware of your mouse? Usually the firmware version will be at the bottom left when you go to Gaming Gear > Mouse in Dragon Center.
And you can go to Live Update > Advanced > Scan for latest version of mouse firmware.

bindings changed automatically after installing dragon center (latest one)
also when opening MSI Device tab in dragon center and selecting GM20 elite, the app crashes

where is the live update tab/button?
EDIT: updated gaming gear to 1.0.0.26 from 1.0.0.25, issues still remain.

So with a first installed Dragon Center v2.0.92.0 not updating from an older version, key bindings all mess-up?

What version of mouse firmware are you on now? My friend told me that he's on v0909 and his working fine.
If you are on an older version, you can try Live Update > Advanced (top right corner) > Scan for latest version of mouse firmware.

The dragon center seems not detect the mouse after this issue cames out to our mouse. [Big Confuse]

This are their respond.
GG no more buying MSI mouse waisting money and broken by it's own program and no reset button like other brand for premium mouse.

Feels really bad for this.

support just told me to try to reset and see if it atleast resets led lights.
reset didnt change anything at all, probably reset combination was remapped aswell because of the shitty software...
