GM51 Does Not Work in Wireless 2.4G mode.

Tearing my hair out here. It doesn’t work in Bluetooth either but I’m more concerned about 2.4G mode. It shows as working, both dongle and the mouse are detected but if I move it, it just does nothing. I have tried putting the dongle in the dock and the PC itself. Mouse is v1.00.27, Dongle is v1.00.17. Center is v2.0.37.0 and Gaming Gear is v2.0.0.89.

Have you checked for firmware updates?
In MSI Centre, click support, then live update, then advance.

It’s brand new. Installed MSI Center when it wasn’t working out of the box.

dongle and mouse should work without a firmware update

Yep, didn’t work either. I have a bunch of these for a computer lab and all are experiencing this issue. The mouse is detected in wireless, it just doesn’t move.

have you tried resetting the mouse?
1. switch off the mouse
2. hold left+scroll+right
3. switch on the mouse while holding the keys for at least 5-7 secs

Sorry for the late response, only just returned to work. Issue persists, tried using every dongle in the dock and in the PC, reset the mice etc. still no luck. Center is up to date

The same problem. But it asks me to update the firmware on the mouse, I update it and it doesn't help. It reboots the PC and again asks to update the firmware on the mouse and so on endlessly.
