GM51 Wireless firmware update problem

My MSI GM51 Wireless mouse says there's a firmware update, so it doesn't work in 2.4 and Bluetooth modes; it only works with a cable. It wasn't like this before; it suddenly changed. I'm trying to update via Live Update and Gaming Gear, and when it's finished, I get a "update successful" message, but then it says there's another update in progress.

Yes, I'm currently using the latest MSI Center version, 2.0.63.0.
The currently installed mouse software version is 0. I don't know why this is, I need to update to
the online version 1.00.26

The currently installed mouse software version shows 0. I don't know why this is.

I reinstalled Windows and tried installing the mouse driver using MSI Center, but the driver still won't update. The required update is MSI GM51 WIRELESS DEVICE UPDATE 1.00.26, but it remains at version 0.
