Well today started off in quite a crappy way. Arrived at the office to hear one of the servers screaming due to a bad SeaGate SAS drive. After all the horror stories I had heard about thier customer service, I was full of trepidation when calling w/ the warranty issue.(This server is 1 yr old) When I called however, I was on hold for no time and they agreed to pre-ship the the drive so I don't have to run in a degraded state for any longer than needed. Although I did have to pay shipping and handling ($9.95 2nd day air) everything was smooth and easy.
