GP68HX 13VH repaste

I've recently noticed that the CPU package temperature hits 100-105C when playing games, while CPU cores remain stable at 75-80C. Does this mean the thermal paste or pads need replacement / repaste? Please, can anyone confirm if the GP68HX 13VH comes with thermal paste or liquid metal? I wouldn't dare try repaste if liquid metal, but might try if the laptop comes with thermal paste. Also, Please does anyone have a link to a disassembly/repaste video?
