GPU damaged in transit, MSI India goes silent

Hi All,

I have no choice but to post here. My perfectly good GPU was dropped at MSI drop point after i wrongly diagnosed that my GPU is faulty. So i emailed the official msi india email who promptly replied that the card was all good, along with detailed pics of the results. They were also quick to dispatch it back very next day from the main office to test center, ( they shared the courier details). But after that they went completely silent. Guess what, the card was damaged in transit. Office A is busy blaming Office B. While i wait for a response. But there is dead silence.

Any MSI rep. here who can help?.
 
I am sorry to tell you that we are limited to what we can do because, as far as I know, this is a user-only forum. You have to directly contact MSI, and if they are of no use, then unfortunately, our hands are tied.
