Gpu fan not spinning 2060

It's like my graphics card fan won't work the fan tries to start every 3 seconds or so it moves a little and stops, This happened after I took it out to check why my computer screens kept turning off so I assumed it was overheating all the time so then I took it out opened it up and filled in some cooling paste as I have done before without problems. When the computer starts up it doesn't work, even if I go into a game and the fan cord is connected which I have checked. Thanks in advance.

The fans need to be replaced, RMA the GPU if its under warranty.

Does the computer can boot now and work fine?

You can test the GPU fans with AfterBurner,
switch it to manual control and change the FAN % manually,
then see if the fan(s) react based on the expectations.

Yes it works fine and boots as normal, And i tested msi afterburner but the rpm is zero so then i need to buy a new gpu or the fan? and if so where and what kinda fan should i be locking for?

and if you adjust the FAN speed manually from there they still unable to spin?

Nope does not work, and the warranty wont work because i opend the gpu
