Has anyone else experienced the situation were GPU speed is not displayed in the MSI Center? If so, how did you address / fix it?

what GPU do you even have as we cant Read minds here?

Don't worry very normal
if it is not under load it will show as 0RPM
try to run graphic demanding programs or games and check again it should kick on the fan again.....
