GPU not showing up in Mystic Light (MSI Centre)

I recently purchased the MSI RX 6800 Gaming Z Trio V1 and wanted to configure the rgb to match my system.
However, in mystic light, only my motherboard and RAM are listed as options and I cannot change the RGB on the GPU.
I have updated to the latest version, deleted and reinstalled MSI centre, updated my GPU drivers and disconected then reconnected my GPU but nothing seems to work.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes it is fully up to date and has been reinstalled multiple times but still only shows my RAM and motherboard as options in mystic light. Curiously, it does recognise that I have an RX 6800 installed in the hardware monitor.

The mystic light opens fine, but nothings as GPU is showed in there?
Can you list the full system specs, see >>Posting Guide<<
Also are you sure you have the gaming version with leds GPU? Can you tell SN of the GPU (you can skip the last 3 symbols from the S/N)

Yes mystic light works normally as my RAM and motherboard both have RGB and are recognised by the software. Also, yes, my GPU has a functioning RGB strip I just can't modify the colour.

Got it, just to clarify the MSI Center you use is a version 2.0.21.0 right?
And the Mystic Light is updated to the latest version from there too?
Can you check the current vbios version of the GPU too? Look for it in GPU-Z, advanced tab under "BIOS"

I am currently running MSI Center 2.0.21.0 and Mystic Light 3.0.0.58.
According to GPU-Z, my vBIOS version is 020.001.000.071.000000
Also, do you want a specific log file or the entire report, because the zip is too large to upload.

I actually wanna see the file at PF_MSI Center\MysticLight_test\MysticLight.txt and it usually lists whether the devices are detected or not. But not sure if rest of the file would be helpful.
