Sorry, man, I have no idea about which exactly chip is faulty. But it's not a faulty Windows or BIOS problem... As suggests a Support Manager with 9 years of experience at MSI Repairs.tried it and its still the same i think its a faulty ncp45495 chip
Frankly, have not both insurance and "Protection Juridique" insisted on repairs, I would NEVER have sent my laptop to guys with such level of competence. And yes, I have his name, as he signed all his emails.
I'd hoped he recognised himself, but eventually he never reads this forum. Or he should have known that problem a long ago.
