Sorry, man, I have no idea about which exactly chip is faulty. But it's not a faulty Windows or BIOS problem... As suggests a Support Manager with 9 years of experience at MSI Repairs.
Frankly, have not both insurance and "Protection Juridique" insisted on repairs, I would NEVER have sent my laptop to guys with such level of competence. And yes, I have his name, as he signed all his emails.
I'd hoped he recognised himself, but eventually he never reads this forum. Or he should have known that problem a long ago.
 
mine got fixed, going device manager>Display adaptor>disabling nvidia graphics card.
restarted PC and back in and enabling it

Been there, done that. It could maybe work at the beginning of the problem.
I tried even better : I put my disk as a master to my second laptop. It it exactly the same, but it has already been repaired. No problem so far, nearly a week while the broken is still at the service.

You ever get it squared away? I have a MSI GF76 11UD that I wanted to give my son for Christmas but it is doing the "stuck at 210mhz, 648w reported in hwinfo 64" thing. Sound like I need a NCP45495 chip? It has the 11800h/3050ti. It will be his first PC if I can get it fixed. The thing is mint and works perfectly other than this GPU problem. I do have a hot air gun, soldering iron, flux,
 
Has anyone resolved the 210mhz with power erranous power reporting? 648w in my case, which it clearly isn't drawing. MSI GF76 11UD 11800h/3050ti
