I have MSI Shawod 2x RTX 5060 i want to paint/film white so if I remove backplate does it void warranty it's brand new card

Depends on local laws and whether your warranty is actually with MSI or retailer (like in Europe).
If something goes wrong, the card must go back for warranty in its original state. So the question is - will you be able to put it back into factory condition before sending for warranty?
