I was wondering if there was a solution or recommended troubleshooting method for these graphical glitches that I've been experiencing in my mobo BIOS. They don't affect anything in Windows or EZ Mode (see video) and only happen when I enter the settings in Advanced Mode. There are graphical glitches, mouse lagging and the language changes until the screen freezes and I need to reset the PC. I've tried pretty much every solution that I've found online or come up with (Reset BIOS, update BIOS, clear CMOS, update to earlier BIOS, reseat RAM, try different RAM slots) but the problem still persists, and I'd really appreciate any available help. Thanks in advance.

I could be totally off here, but I vaguely recall someone posting something similar before, and it turned out to be simply some issue between the screen and the system, not actually any dangerous fault.

Hard to tell from the clip, but is that a "monitor" or is it a "television"? I know that the 2 are in many ways the same thing, but I think last time I saw something like this, it was because it was connected to a tv, not a proper pc monitor.

If it IS a tv, and you have access you an actual monitor, try that and see if you still get glitches.

Just an idea, but you could also try changing settings on the tv, maybe see if there's a "pc" picture mode, or see if you still get the glitches in different zoom/ aspect ratio modes of the tv?

That's a TV. And a very non-standard brand......
Honestly, try a real monitor. I'm willing to bet the entire issue is that TV and not the PC.
