Alright , so this is my first MSI Laptop. I recently got it about a month or so. whenever, I played overwatch or any other game. after a few rounds I would get the BSOD [ video scheduler internal error ]. I did everything [ updated everything / restored windows / re-installed drivers ] then I took it to an authorized service provider [ as I am currently out of the US and can not take it to the place I bought it from ] the authorized service provider replaced the motherboard because there was an issue with the graphic card. after around 2 weeks of [ waiting for the motherboard and installation ] I get it back. works well for a day and then I kept on getting the same issue. I updated the bios and the EC today and I am still getting the same BSOD. however, I noticed when I put a benchmark such as heaven by unigine on windowed mode. I would get a NVidia kernel driver stopped working error and also an intel kernel driver stopped working error then the laptop freezes. therefore can you please advise me on what to do?

Use latest Help Desk to export the system info and post the text information in here.
 
BSOD issue could find the mini dump from C:\Windows\Minidump. You also could attach them in post.

alright so below is yesterdays system info [ i sent to msi support and they recommended to remove graphic driver and install an older driver on there website which i did today and is in the second system information. also attached is the dumb file you requested.

Alright so I attached the dump file and removed the hide attachment option. also I will try the reinstallation of the dragon center.

alright so i did what you have advised and it doesn't seem to work. i completely removed dragon center and installed the version that was on the gs 63 7rf support website. i am taking it tomorrow to the MSI Authorized service center again. i hope they can order a new laptop for me. since changing the mother board did not work. apparently i was told that the authorized service center can not replace the laptop for me but i need to take it to the point of sale which was in the US. but hopefully everything goes well. if you know any fix i will be glad to hear it.
