My GS66 laptop currently has Windows 11 and it consistently has the incorrect time despite time settings in windows being set automatically and in the correct region/time zone. For instance my clock is a full hour off. I tried turning auto set off and back on and still does not correct it. The only way to correct it is to turn all of the auto synch features off and manually set the time. Any idea what might cause this? the laptop is only a year old.

It's Windows 11, I had the same issue and changed it to another region with same time as mine and it corrected the issue.
Strangely, only my 9th Gens had this issue, the others are fine.

I recently had a weird issue on my son's PC (he's got a 7th gen Intel running on Windows 10), and no matter how many times i changed it, changed settings, whatever, it just never worked. It was always set for Pacific time zone.
I forget where I got the website from (googled the issue), and eventually doing some windows command shell command fixed the issue for me.

Go to the 2nd one that shows how to do it via the command line/power shell. That worked for me.
