GS77 12UHS Webcam gone...

Received the unit about a week ago. Webcam worked out of the box once or twice and a few days later it is gone. FN+F6 just shows a lock on the camera icon and does nothing. Not listed in device manager, settings/privacy/camera does not detect it and MSI Center just has it greyed out...

Any ideas before I RMA?

Since you have the same machine, see if you can duplicate the problem I describe in that post?

Try to reset EC,

Reinstall MSI Center.

And update Windows to the latest version.

I have been trying to get the camera working for months, I asked MSI and they never said anything about this switch! Thanks a million!!
