GT Series 1 year extra warranty issue

bought a GT series for about 2 weeks ago and am more than satisfied.

With the laptop, I received a box containing a credit card-like thing with id and code that would give me an extra one year warranty. I registered my laptop on msi member page and then typed the code that would give me this 1 year extra warranty that unfortunately did not work. I tried several times in different ways but the page it says "Error code"

I contacted MSI support I open a ticket and it's been 14 days now still have not received a response.
I need to register my 1 year extra warranty within 30 days or else the code becomes useless,and now have already 14days disappeared, Has anyone had the same problem? grateful for reply.

In Europe you don't need to register and 2 years is standard.
As EU-law dictates you years.
I assume you bought the machine in the EU, else the warranty of the country where you bought it is valid.

Yes thats right im from Sweden.

I know that 2 years warranty is standard, but MSI has launched an extra year warranty, these are also sold seperately in store here in Sweden for like 40-50usd. they sell it on a card with ID and a code that you should scrape then enter it on the msi member page under "Additional Guarantee". And I got one of those and want to use it but msi support is not responding and the warranty will be burned out in 16days becuse i have 30 days on me to register it.

Are you sure you are not entering anything incorrectly such 0 (zero) for O (oh) or vice-versa, I or l for 1?

Yes sir! im sure i tried all possible way still dont work and still no answer from support
