Hello, recently my graphics card (gtx670m) died. I've read that you could upgrade to a 870 m, but that this should update the bios. I have tried to do so both the E16F3IMS.10U and the E16F3IMS.50X.
With regard to the first, which according to the tutorial support page should be for msdos, I plundered once entered into FreeDOS SAFE MODE, since I cannot change to usb drive (with all the letters that I try tells me there's an error in the command line)
As for the second, it must be done by EFI, but all I get is loading I boot the computer and having to restore the operating system.
I'd like to know if I will be able to upgrade to this graphic without updating the bios. As I told you the other died and I would like to know it before let me 369 euros that I like the 870m new and with one year warranty.

Hola, hace poco mi tarjeta gr?fica (gtx670m) muri?. He le?do que pod?a actualizar a una 870m, pero que para ello deb?a actualizar la bios. He intentado hacerlo tanto a la E16F3IMS.10U como a la E16F3IMS.50X.
Respecto a la primera, que seg?n el tutorial de la p?gina de soporte debe hacerse por msdos, me quedo pillado una vez entro en FreeDOS SAFE MODE, ya que no puedo cambiar a la unidad usb (con todas las letras que pruebo me dice que hay un error en el comando o la l?nea)
En cuanto a la segunda, hay que hacerlo mediante EFI, pero lo ?nico que consigo es cargarme el arranque del ordenador y tener que restaurar el sistema operativo.
Me gustar?a saber si me ser? posible actualizar a esa gr?fica sin actualizar la bios. Como os coment? la otra muri? y me gustar?a saberlo antes de dejarme 369 euros que me gusta la 870m nueva y con un a?o de garant?a.
