GT62VR RE - Backlit problem.

Hey guys,

I bought the laptop 2 months ago here in Germany. Today i turned my laptop on. And noticed that almost half of the keys in the center part dont light enough. I dont know why. Anybody can help me out how to fix it or aby clue about the source of the problem?

P.S
I used always on ONE COLOR and FULL LIGHTS ON.

Had the same exact problem. I dont really remember what I did except there is software that adjust you lights. I messed with it and found that is an actual setting the lights have. Change it and you will get all your lights to come on.

Pictures might be hard to identify the view angle. Anyway, you should check with the pure RED (255), Green (255) and Blue (255). If you still can see the dark area on keyboard, you will need MSI to help check on backlight LED.
