Hi,
first sorry for my english,
I am thinking to buy gt683r laptop (from germany) :http://www.easynotebooks.de/xanario_pinfo_zub.php?language=de&language=de&products_id=43080
And You,gt683 users if you have any issue or smtnh else please tell me.And especially Heating problem,Do your laptop have heating problem?
And do you satisfied about HD Audio?

And last question:i am thiinking to Upgrade SSD Later, what kind of SSD can be upgrade for this laptop ? Sata 2,sata 3,sata 300,sata 600 ? i don't know much about these. :nooo:

I have a GT683, although with an i5 instead of an i7. You can see the specs in my signature.
This far, I am very satisfied with how it?s working. I?ve had no problems, and although it gets hot, it is not really a problem.
I?d say go for it!

I have rigged it up to my HDTV with a HDMI-cable, so I get the sound through my dolby sound system. It?s great.
I would never use the original speakers for any laptop. But that?s just me...

Actually,i am more interested with sound,is THX Sound a hardware or software ?
thanks for comment.:)

And can i play 3d games with external 3d monitor(HDMI) ?

I might buy this i5 version this autumn as it's within my budget, the i7 versions are too expensive for me. A few noob questions;

1. How big is the real world difference between the i5 and i7 versions in gaming only? Not in benchmarks but in game.
2. Is the cooling good enough and is it loud?
3. How are MSI laptops in terms of reliability? I've never had a MSI before.
4. Does it come full of bloat?

I must also mention that i really don't care about eye candy, i have no problems to play in 720p, without AA and settings at medium range. However i do care about good framerate, 60-90 range. With that in mind, is this laptop good enough for me?

1. I bought the i5 version because I heard it is no big difference in gaming. For example, I can run Fallout New Vegas on full HD with ultra high settings without a single glitch. Framerate is fantastic. Newer games like BF3 should run without problems.
2. There is a good ventilation and fan system. MSI knows what they?re doing. The 560m gets between 70-75 degrees celsius when I?m gaming and putting the gfx-cpu to hard work - that?s not too hot.
The processor is even cooler, down at 60 degrees celsius when ingame.
3. From what I?ve heard, MSI is a good buy for a good price. It comes with a 2 year warranty, so I guess it should last for a while.
4. It comes with bloatware. I made a new install with Windows 7 professional x64 without problems.
