Hi there!
I recently installed an i7 3940XM and 1060 6GB into my laptop (the latter requiring some Dremel tooling to get the heatsink to fit), plus some Conductonaut. I'm tried the .inf workaround for the Nvidia drivers, but while I can get the installation process to start, it just fails partway through without warning or error code. Additionally, my HWiNFO64 info page on the 1060 doesn't detect the VRAM installed, though it can poll the chipset data just fine. It appears custom BIOS/VBIOS tweaking is just what I need, and I'm ready to donate to make it happen.
Incidentally, I can't go back to the stock 670M because the last driver for it doesn't play nice with Windows 10 22H2, and makes me CTD or kernel panic every time I try to run something on it.
Many thanks in advance.
