I've had this laptop for several years and it's worked well. I upgraded it to Windows 10 about when it debuted, and downloaded the drivers for it after CS gave me a link. Two minor issues have been present for a while now, though I'm not sure if that was the catalyst.

1) The keyboard backlight doesn't work. Also, I recently bought a replacement keyboard and installed it. I looked over the drivers page and was unsure which one is needed to solve this issue. There are four devices that might be applicable in Device Manager: SteelSeries Gaming Keyboard, Ver. 2.5.0.0, HID Keyboard Device (two entries with same version, but one is related to SteelSeries while the other is 3DConnexion KMJ) Ver. 10.0.18362.1, SteelSeries PS/2 Keyboard, Ver. 2.1.1.0.

2) Bluetooth does not work for things such as transferring files from my phone to my computer. If I turn it on via the system tray the icon lights up but says Not Connected. In the Bluetooth settings it will say "Now discoverable as XXX", but trying to pair it with anything fails. According to Device Manager I have four BT drivers installed: Bluetooth device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) Ver. 10.0.18362.1, Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator, Ver. 10.0.18362.693, Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator, Ver. 10.0.18362.1, and Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Bluetooth, Ver. 10.0.0.825. I tried checking for updates, but none were necessary.

Thanks. Let me know if further details are needed.
