GT72 2QD Keyboard Problem!

Hi,

recently I've been facing some problems with some keys on my keyboard.
Some of them won't respond like the letter "y" or the TAB key which is really annoying. Impossible to hit ALT+TAB and I have to keep the letter "y" always on the CTRL+V.

Also, I noticed that when playing CS, I keep "crouching" as if I'm holding the CTRL key.

Can anyone help me, please?

You could open the [Screen Keyboard] and check if there any key be pressed or stuck.

I did, but nothing is being pressed! Idk what to do! And it's getting reall annoing!
 
Check the SteelSeries Engine and restore all key functions to default settings.
