GT72VR 6RD Dominator - 033 - Killer Wireless 1435 does not always work on boot

I am having an issue where my Killer Wireless 1435 does not always load on power up.

I have GT72VR 6RD Dominator - 033 model laptop.
BIOS E1785IMS.112

Not sure if one of my other items that are plugged into the laptop are causing this issue:

Second Monitor (HDMI Connection)
Chill Pad (USB Connection)
Wired Mouse (USB Connection)
FitBit Dongle (USB Connection)

When the wireless 1435 does not work (does not even show in Device Manager), I will power down laptop and turn it back on, then the Wireless 1435 will start working.

Has anyone run into this issue with wireless not working correctly on power up?

Update - 

My laptop had gone to sleep and again I lost my wireless adapter. Search the Forum for other instances and found one talking about removing the Killer Network Suite (for the E2400 - 1.1.57.1126 package). Once removed my laptop did not lose the wireless adapter. I then went to Killer website and downloaded the latest Killer Network Suite (for E2400 - 1.1.65.1752 package) and installed it. Tested my laptop a couple of times going into sleep mode and then out and I did not lose the wireless 1435 adapter hardware. At this point I am going to remove the Killer Network Suite and just go with the drivers for the Killer E2400 LAN and the Killer 1435 Wireless Adapter.

I got the same problem with mine. Its been 1 month till i remove th? software and only install th? driver and all working fine

i am having this problem too ,, msi should give it some time to find fixes especially after the new windows 10 update creator
