GT780DXR trackpad issues

Ive heard others have had this problem, but i haven't found a perfect solution yet.

My trackpad will malfunction at times, requiring me to turn it off for a moment to reset it, but that doesent always work.

I found out the asus g74sx has the same brand of trackpad, but a newer driver, after installing the driver the problem seemed to be fixed.

All i seem to have done is reduce the chances of the malfunction with the new driver, but I'm looking for a permanent solution.

Anyone else have this problem?

 
I am having a major problem with the trackpad malfunctioning,  I definitely need a fix for this.  There is no way this is acceptable.  My 8 year old POS laptop that my GT780DXR replaced has a perfectly operating trackpad but this high-tech rig is floundering on the track pad???  Really??  Not impressed with this at all.
 
Hop on over to Asus.com, Grab the trackpad driver for the g74sx, install it.

Ive found it to be far more reliable after doing that, but its still not perfect.

The driver is 2 months newer than what MSI provides.
 
i found a link from msi somewhere here for newer driver.... it helped, but still having big issues
