GTX 970 fan oil portal?

Underneath the stickers on my MSI GTX 970 GPU, is there a plug covering a hole into which I can add one drop of light machine oil (sewing machine oil)? Are you sure? What kind of bearings do those fans have? I've kept PC case fans in service many years with just a single drop of light machine oil. Would be nice to do the same with my GPU.
