First go to realtek and down load Windows 98Gold/98se/Me/2000/XP for Driver only A3.44 2003/05/26 4991k http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/dlac97-2.aspx?lineid=5&famid=12&series=8&Software=True

Now unzip the wdm files inside to a directory that you will easily remember

Now check out these screen shots of XP and how to manually update your NVidia sound drivers .....

They start from the My Compotor Properties

Navigate to the sound controllers

choose the device and go to it's properties....update drivers wizard

If the Realtek driver is not detected click on the have disk button

Now browse to the dir. where you extracted the wdm folder

confirm and ok

Exit........Now check for the Sound Effects Manager in control panel

I hopes this helps..a few.......MSI should have had this included in the manual.
