[GX 620] only 2D power on battery

hey.

now im asking here because in the german forum is nobody answering.

when my gx620 is on accu/battery mode, i cant use the low 3d or 3d performance mode, its locked.
i tried various drivers (incl. those with modded inf's and the original ones) and some tools to disable powermizer etc, but i cant get it to work properly.

does somebody knows a method so i can use 3D mode on battery?

That is not true. 

The system is trying to preserve power if the A/C power cable is disconnected.

Same answer like in the german board.

other manufacturers like acer, asus, samsung, toshiba and dell support the method to use 3D power on battery.

Have you checked the BIOS for advanced power saving options that may need to be disabled to enable full system performance in battery mode?
