GX600 crashing in games

Hello
I have a hard time with my new GX600 that crash in two games that i play..UT2004 and Half Life 2 deathmatch.The crashing is after sometime (i think overheating) and the monitor shuts down for one second and then when it comes back the image looks like this

Ok i reformated dozens of times and everytime other driver and i get same stuff..Now i have 179.13 version..I read around and many people have problems with laptops based on 8600GT series..
The OS is a WinXP fully patched with all crap up to date..
 
That happend without OC the notebook?

Also:
1) Power on the system and wait 20~30 seconds for system to recover from O.C. failed setting.

(2) Unplug & Plug battery and AC power. Press Hot start key then press Power button.

If no change, send it back to reseller for repair/replacement.

hello
I am not OCing anymore because it doesn't make a difference anyway... Unfortunetly is not so easy to send it to rma.I am outside my country to studies and i need the laptop to access my stuff and learn.Can't afford spending two weeks in vain until it makes the trip around service, rma and back..
