GX620 doesn't turn on at all

Something happened to my MSi GX620 and now it doesn't turn on. While I was away from it for a moment, it turned off and when I was back, I pressed the on button and nothing happened - it didn't turn on. The on/off button very very faintly flashes blue (you can only see that in the dark) when I press it and nothing else happens. Any suggestions what could be the problem and is it posible to fix it by myself?

have you connected power cord to the notebooK?
 
I haven't done EC reset right before this happened, but I had quite a several times turned off the notebook by holding the on/off button for 4 seconds, because it didn't turn off by any other way.
And yes, the power cord is connected to the notebook when I try to turn it on  ;D And I guess it couldn't be that the battery is dead and the power chord isn't working, because when I remove the battery and leave only the power chord, the blue light still flashes for a moment (and, even if faintly and short, it does need power from somewhere).
 
try without power cord, e.g. with battery only
 
I have tried that also and it's the same thing with battery only - nothing happens besides the on/off button light's brief flash.
