Just like the title says...

I got the GX620 model laptop from MSI.

If looking at the bottom of the laptop (the opening of the laptop pointing down), the point where pressure causes a crash is right around the middle/bottom area. (the right/bottom side of the larger removable plastic cover).

I was picking up my laptop and this crash happened.. and after 1 or 2 more crashes, I figured that the pressure at the point described above is causing each one of these crashes.

When crashing, the screen will have multicolored pixels lit over a black background.

I'm obviously not intentionally causing these crashes . Just its an annoyance when I'm holding my laptop or I have it on my lap. Or anyone else is handling my laptop...

This happening to anyone else... anyway to help fix this?

Thanks

This should not happen at all. You need to return it to the reseller for a replacement.

I've had it since Christmas time. Got it off newegg. not sure if I'm past that time to be able to get a replacement. I discovered this problem around a month ago.

I'll see...
