GX700 power button cable help

I have been searching for a few days now but have gotten no luck at all. There is a cable that attaches the power button board that sits just below the screen on the MS1719 (GX700) to the motherboard underneath the keyboard. It looks like a small ribbon cable about 3.5 inches in length and just over half an inch wide. It contains 14 pins and has  JI-HAW AWM E118077 2896 80C printed in blue writing along one side. I contacted technical support at MSI computer corp and the guy said he had no clue what I was talking about. I also contacted Tom H, which is the guy in charge of ordering parts and whatnot but it doesn't seem like he knows the part. Does anyone know where I can find one of these cables or a part number to give MSI to have it ordered? This would be a huge help if someone knows what I'm looking for, thanks.

I notice it does show a PHP Error on that page, which I will try to correct, but the download link on that page for the guide (PDF) is still good.
