H310M Pro-M2, Unable to update BIOS

Hi

Im trying to update the BIOS for my H310M Pro-M2 Motherboard in order to use the I9-9990k CPU but I cannot find the BIOS-file in M-Flash. I've formatted the USB stick for both FAT32 and NTFS but none them works and made sure that the BIOS update is unzipped. I have tried putting following versions on the USB: 7C08v16, 7C08v12 and 7C08v11 but none of them are to be found in M-Flash.
I've tried using AMI Firmware Update Utility 2.38 on a Bootable Usb Stick, but when I select the BIOS file I get the following repsonse: "ROM file ROMID is not compatible with existing BIOS ROMID."

Anyone know what to do?

Only thing I have left from that PC is the motherboard. I have switched out every other part. Is there any way to make the motherboard compatible with a I9-9990k CPU? I doubt the only BIOS version available from the link you sent will make it so.

Is there any way to replace the EB913IMS.E00 BIOS version currently on my motherboard with any of the latest BIOS versions from this page: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H310M-PRO-M2.
