i have msi h55-gd65 w/ core i5 750 and 5870's

but my proc cant reach 3.2ghz in intel turbo boost is enable.

is there a bottle or any settings can help?

my bios on default settings

Since you said your bios is on default, I guess you did not overclock.

With turbo boost, the i5 750 can only reach 3.2 ghz (24*133) if only one core is under load.

I however remember having this problem also with only one core loaded, I believe it went away after a bios update, but I didn't really test it, as I prefer
having turbo boost off.
