Hi,

I am using the Wifi usb stick provided with the H55M-ED55 under Windows 7 64 bits and the network access is generally slow :
- Maximum 1 Mbit/s download, although the connection status says "connected at 48 Mbit/s"
- high ping (between 1 and ... 250ms on local network !)
- I have installed only the drivers (from the MCI web site), and not the utility, otherwise I get disconnected every 5 minutes.

A laptop that is connected to the same network easily downloads at 10 Mbit/s, so the issue is not the network.

Could anyone help on this issue ? Thank you.

What kind of USB WLAN Adapter are you using?

I highly doubt that the mainboard has anything to do with this.  That is why we need to focus on the adapter (brand, model name, Wireless LAN Chipset used, driver version) instead of the board.  You have provided no information about the actual WLAN adapter and/or if you have tested that adapter in another system, which you should definately do.

The one that is shipped with the mainboard. This is why I am posting my issue here.

The chipset is : Realtek RTL8188SU Wireless LAN
