HAVE ISSUES WITH MSI MAG A600DN 600W 80+ PSU

Hi guys. I'm openin this thread because i have some questions about this product. I bought this psu from official distributor but when i open it i saw some stratch on cables , little stain on the metal in the psu , and pins was like used before. Did you guys bought this product and saw these things. And if here a authorized person working in MSI are these things can happen in procces of manufacture or is this because of distributor ? Thanks all of you. Have a nice day.

Note : MSI Factory Sealed seal has a stratch on it too.

Yeah it was , but the plastic bag was ripped little bit like 2 inches.

That could have been a poor quality control. Or an open box the retailer didn't mention as they sealed things up.
Or perhaps it was one of 1000 manufactured PSUs that got chosen for testing.

I've thinked that too but the stratches on the cables was like it stuck between computer case and cover. And i tought maybe anyone bought this psu , installed in computer and it wasn't working and he returned it and psu have fixed and repackaged. But as i know damaged products sending to factory back.

They wouldn't reseal something that's broken, let alone re-sell it. Unless it's a scam. Or as I mentioned, missed the quality control. Can you send me in direct message a S/N of the PSU?

Hey man! I returned it. I will buy from different supplier. Thank for your support and sorry for answering late.

Happy they accepted it back. Make sure you buy from trusted retailers in your country And avoid amazon, many scams happening there.
