HDMI Matrix Out-of-Range Error

I recently bought the 4KMX42-H2A from Amazon because I wanted to share 2 monitors between my sons gaming computer and my work computer. Without the matrix and I have no issues, however with the matrix, I get an out of range error on the MAG301CR2.

I have a MSI Optix MAG301CR2 and a Samsung U32J590

Any ideas on how I might be able to resolve this issue?
