HDMI port on rtx 3070 ti changing colors to shades of blue green and yellow

Hello everyone,
I'm currently facing an issue with my RTX 3070 Ti graphics card and I wanted to seek some advice from the community. The problem seems to be centered around the HDMI port. Whenever I connect my monitor using the HDMI cable, I experience significant display issues. The colors on the screen start to shift towards blue, yellow, and green hues after a few hours of usage. Strangely, everything works perfectly fine when I connect the monitor using the DisplayPort.

I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including different HDMI cables and monitors, but the problem persists. It's quite frustrating as I know the graphics card itself is capable of great performance. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue with the HDMI port on their graphics card? If so, I'd greatly appreciate any insights or solutions you might have.

I have been having a terrible day, I woke up to some BS at work (WFH) that I had to rush into before I was fully awake and my PC CPU fan went out overnight so I have to wait on a replacement I just ordered. Im having to use this old laptop which since we got it has had this video issue where it makes any videos blue when passed through HDMI, its had this issue for years, ive tried to fix it quite a few times and I work in IT you would figure I could fix it but no and it drove me crazy for years Ive spent untold hours over the years frustrated with this issue.
