headset with microphone does not work on my laptop, no sound from the right headset

I am using a MSİ GL62M 7REX, it has two separate inputs as microphone and headphone jack, there is no problem when I use a headphones without microphon. when I try to use headphone with microphone, there is no sound from the right headphone, even if I wear a splitter, it is no use. I tried different headsets but the result is still the same problem

Clean install Realtek Audio driver and Nahimic driver.
