i bough the case
MSI MAG Vampiric 010 (ATX)
and on their site (i believe never can really know now days) they say on the middle of the page that the case supports 360 the front panel is compatible with up to 360mm radiators.
when i contacted Msi support team to ask for more information about how to mount it that way i couldn't find any information online the support team just said it doesn't support.
ignored the website i sent to her

the maximum radiator you can fit in the front panel is 280mm
as for chassis fan, you can fit in 3*120mm\3*140mm

Personally I wouldn't front mount an AIO. All you are doing is blowing hot air over your system. also if you have the pipes at the top you can end up with air bubbles that can break your AIO. If you want to front mount a 360 AIO, you'd be better of with an MSI MAG FORGE 100M or 100R as that case can fit it, and is cheaper, depending on where you are in the world.

On the web page is says it wouldn't fit, but you can move the front fans to the out side of the case under the front panel. It also says that you cant fit an RTX 3070 SUPRIM X but you can, I have the case.

just yank the front cover off and there ya go fans should fit in there and the radiator on the inside of the case

thank you for the answer do you think it will fit a 360mm rad on front? i have a I7-13700K hitting 100C on high loads witch clearly effects the system

Yep 360 will fit once you pull out the drive cage but may be a tight fit I would go with a 280

I went with a 280MM AIO as it is not much smaller than a 360 in surface area
