Help! Ace z590 failing to post with error c1

I just built a pc and it posted once but then after shutdown it will no longer post and error c1 is on lcd with vga light on
I have i9 11900k
Vision 3080ti oc
Xpg d50 16 x 2 ram
Xpg gammix m.2 2280 gen 3x4 ssd
Other drives are disconnected for trouble shooting
Have not found any info on what to do online and anything I did find I have tried
Reseat ram, cmos, bios flash, reseat psu connectors
Please help I'm not sure what to do next
I have video of error but apparently to large to post 5MB

Please disconnect the graphic card and connect the monitor to onboard HDMI port and check whether the display can post normally.
Could you provide photo showing the debug code as there's no C1 error can be look up in debug code table.

psu is super flower platinum 1000w

so just checked compatibility and re flashed bios to version 10 now i get an a1 or a2 code and a black screen on monitor
if i press f11 on boot it gives me a9 but still a black screen

Did you take a look at the pins of the CPU socket? If any of them are bent (which can easily happen), you can have all kinds of problems.

Take out the CPU and carefully inspect it and the socket for any bent pins, foreign objects, or any abnormalities. Check very carefully (with a magnifying glass, if possible) if all the pins look exactly the same, in position and in height.

If the pins are all perfectly aligned, you can put the CPU back in. For further testing, you can put the cooler back on without replacing the heatpaste. Finally, how to do it properly once it all works: Clean the CPU heatspreader and the cooler base, because when you re-use old heatpaste, there can be trapped air bubbles which could lead to overheating. So i'd then clean it 100% and then apply new heatpaste. I use soft, lint-free paper towels and q-tips dipped in high-purity isopropanol alcohol to clean, and then apply a drop of new heatpaste onto the middle of the CPU, at least the size of a large grain of rice. It will be spread by the cooler pressure.

It did post once so I dought the pins are bent plus I was extremely careful
It's a watercooled system so it's hard to get to stuff (hardline glass tube) but I'm guessing I will have to take it apart soon I'm running out of things I can do without disassembly

I'll give it a shot and let you know
Probably will not get to it for a week though going out of town and have to remove gpu to get to both m.2 sticks

Update
After repeating ram then unplugging gpu power power cycling repluging gpu power I was able to post and boot now I have windows installed and all seems to be well
Did not have to disassemble thank god
