(HELP) DISPLAY ERROR AT MSI MODERN 14 (ISSUES)

hi, i get an error at somepoint , its like a crack or blurry when open a flash/video like this:

im using windows 10 64 bit
MSI Modern 14
i5-10210u
Ram 8GB
Nvidia MX250

just using the laptop for daily office things..
can anyone had solution for this kind of things?

Could you find the same problem on an external monitor?
Try to clean install the latest graphics driver with DDU tool first.
